Vikrant Rathore, the young and dynamic Founder and CEO of Talent Craft India, is an entrepreneur driven by a passion for revolutionizing education for children. A B.Tech graduate in Information Technology, Vikrant has garnered extensive experience in the education and skill-building domain, working with renowned organizations like Byju's and others. His work with thousands of students and families highlighted the gaps in traditional education, particularly the lack of practical skills and critical thinking opportunities.
Determined to bridge these gaps, Vikrant founded Talent Craft India, a platform dedicated to equipping children with future-ready skills that go beyond academics. His innovative programs in coding, chess, abacus, and Rubik’s Cube solving empower young minds with creativity, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Shreyansh Sancheti, the young and innovative Co-Founder of Talent Craft India, brings over five years of experience as an educator in one of India’s most prestigious schools. With a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA, Shreyansh combines his expertise in child development and educational strategies with a fresh, dynamic perspective on learning.
His vision for fostering creativity, confidence, and critical thinking among children has been instrumental in shaping Talent Craft India’s programs. Shreyansh’s approach focuses on empowering young learners through courses like coding, chess, abacus, and Rubik’s Cube solving, ensuring they are equipped with skills for the future.
